Last Updated: 20 August 2026Welcome to RailPass. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and RailPass Passenger Railway ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.
All tickets are strictly non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the booking process. Passengers must present valid government-issued identification matching the name on the ticket upon request.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors will be voided without refund. Always book directly through RailPass or official partners.
Fares are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets. All transactions are processed in the local currency of the departure station unless specified otherwise.
