Shipping Policy

01 Service Availability

RailPass offers dedicated cargo and shipping services across select routes. Availability is subject to train capacity, seasonal demand, and specific station infrastructure. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend shipping services on certain routes without prior notice due to operational constraints or safety regulations.

02 Booking

All shipping requests must be booked in advance through the RailPass Cargo Portal or at designated station freight offices. Walk-up shipments are generally not accepted to ensure proper screening and loading protocols.

A valid waybill will be issued upon successful booking confirmation. The shipper must retain this waybill for tracking and claim purposes.

03 Shipment Information

Accurate and complete shipment information is crucial for safe and timely delivery. Shippers must provide the following details at the time of booking:

• Exact measurements and total gross weight of each package.
• Specific contents, material type, and intended use.
• Full name, physical address, and valid contact number.
• Total estimated value for insurance and liability purposes.

04 Restricted Items

For the safety of our passengers, crew, and operations, certain items are strictly prohibited from being transported via RailPass shipping services.
